Assigning a Default Housekeeper to your rooms

If your housekeeping staff have set rooms to clean every day we have given you the ability to assign a Default Housekeeper to each room to save you having to allocate them each day.

This is configurable from the Rooms > Room Setup page by clicking on a room number/name to edit it and scrolling down towards the bottom of the page, where you will find the field in the screenshot below and click the drop down to choose your desired Housekeeper. 

This person will thereafter be automatically assigned to their corresponding room when the room becomes "dirty" from either the Night Audit having run, someone checking out or if you directly change it on the Housekeeping > Room Status page.
