In some cases, you may wish to restrict sale of your larger or more expensive rooms to individual guests. To do so, all you need to do is go to Rooms > Room Types and click on the name of a room type to open it up for editing. Now, simply scroll down the page until you reach the Min Occupancy field and enter your desired figure:
