Making a rate plan Inactive

You have the option to make any rate plan in Hop 'Inactive' if you no longer require it but also do not want to permanently delete it. This can be done by going to Rates > Rate Plans. Click on the rate plan name you want to make Inactive. At the bottom of the page you will see a tick box for Inactive, tick this and click Save.

Please bear in mind if you your rate plan is connected to any OTA's through our channel manager this will not make the rate inactive through your OTA's. You will need to close the rate plan instead. When a rate plan is made Inactive no updates about this rate plan will be sent through our Channel Manager.
