If you go to House Accounts > Manage and then select View Transactions on the drop-down menu next to the House Account number, where your charges appear there are little tick boxes to the right hand side of each transaction. If you tick them you will see two buttons appear at the top of the screen, one called 'Mark As Settled' and one called 'Mark As Unsettled' - you can tick whichever of them that applies and then this will clear them out.
