This depends on the EPOS system you are using (e.g. Beyond Stock, Clover etc.) however it is possible to do this in Hop . Before you attempt to post any charges over you just need to make sure that the checkbox "Allow charges to be made from EPOS system?" is ticked.
Important
When you are about to send the charge over to Hop instead of inputting a room number on your till, please use the House Account number without the leading "HA0" (or, if your EPOS is set up to allow this, search using the name of the House Account instead of the guest's name).
