Yes you can apply charges to a House Account before the event date. The articles/packages that you have applied can be charged straight to the house account whenever you choose to do this. (Although we recommend charges are applied on the event date as this will help ensure that your revenue reporting is accurate)
Go into the event and at the bottom of the screen there is a tab (charge event to house account) that will send the bill over to the house account for you.
You can then view the House Account and any charges or payments made by clicking on View House account.
