Empty graphs on Corporate CRM profiles

If you click on a company profile in CRM > Corporate you will notice that the top of the screen shows several graphs on this customer's activity with you. 

 


Please note that these graphs are comparative and the Month to Date (MTD) and Year to Date (YTD) figures are based on calendar month and calendar year, rather than the preceding month and year. What this means is that if your hotel went live with Hop in, say, November 2019, there will be no historical data to populate the 2019 graphs until November 2020 as there are no figures for the graphs to use.
