Setting up Custom Emails

Custom emails are emails that can be sent from either the RES (reservation) or RES (room) and you can create as many as you like, as the title says you can customize these as you see fit for different types of customers or clientele. For example, if you offer promotions through a third party you can set up a custom email to send to any guest that books using the promotion.

To create a custom email, go to Administration > Templates. Click + Add.

Select the Template type as either Reservation Level Manually Triggered (to send from the RES) or Room Level Manually Triggered (to send from the RESX).

Give it a name and create your template with whatever information needed making sure you click Save when finished. You can click Show Preview at any time to see how the template looks. Once created this will show as a selectable template if you click on Send Custom Email in Manage Reservations.
