Extras being charged more than once

If extras are being charged multiple times this will be because the article attached to them when the service was created did not have the the charge on arrival box ticked.


To check/rectify this go to Administration > Articles then click on the desired article and scroll to the bottom of the page. Here you will find numerous tick boxes including one the charge on arrival. Tick the box and click Save. 



Please note that services you include on your booking engine will be charged daily unless this box is ticked on the article attached to it.
