If extras are being charged multiple times, this will be because the article attached to them when the service was created, did not have the 'Charge on Arrival' checkbox, ticked.
To check/rectify this go to Administration > Articles then click on the desired article and scroll to the bottom of the page. Here you will find numerous tick boxes including the Charge on Arrival. Tick this box and click 'Save'.
Please note that services you include on your Booking Engine will be charged daily, unless this box 'Charge on Arrival' is ticked on the article attached to it.
