Adding card details to an existing reservation.

Go to Reservations - Manage Reservations -  Search for the required reservation either by Res no, name or arrival date.

Click on the arrow on the Res number for the drop down menu. Select 'View Transactions'

Select 'Add Transaction'

Fill in the details - Example shown below. You can choose to have the card linked to the Reservation and Reservation Item. Also you can set it to be the Primary card if you are adding more than 1 card to a reservation. Click 'Add Transaction'

Please note if you see a red margin around the Card Number box (as shown in the image below) this means that the card number is incorrect so please be careful when typing in the details.

When you want to take a payment later, select credit card as the payment method and the card you added will be under 'Existing Credit Card'

Please note - Once you have added the card details only the last 4 digits will be viewable in accordance with data protection.
