Why are the guest's name and address missing from their invoice?

This happens when a reservation is linked to corporate/company account. The details of the Company are always used on invoices in these circumstances as it is expected that the Company will be settling the bill, whether that be via a refund to their employee (the guest) or by paying your hotel directly. 

Either way, the Company will require an invoice addressed to themselves in order to do this.
