How do I limit group bookings?

If you wish to limit the number of rooms that can be booked on your website's booking engine, so that group bookings get channelled to directly contact with the reservations team, please go to Administration > Booking Engine and then scroll down to the Configuration section.

In the field Max Rooms for Group Booking enter a value the scroll down and click Update Settings when you are done. This number will define the maximum number of rooms that can be booked by an individual person through your website. (You can edit this setting at any point.)
