Hop has an 'Audit Log' were you can see what changes have been made in the system. For this, please go to Administration > Audit Log. In there you can see all the changes made in the system and it also tells you who did the changes and what was changed. You can filter this by selecting a date range or/and an area from the drop-down menu.
Please note the audit log will only show the last 30 days.
Alternatively, if you go to Reservations > Manage Reservations and click on the drop-down arrow next to the RES number and then click on 'Edit Reservation', then click on the 'History' tab at the top, this will then show you any changes applied to this reservation from when the booking has been made to checkout.
