Can I see who changed the details or rates in a booking and where would I be able to find this?

Hop has an Audit Log were you can see what changes have been made in the System. For this, please go to Administration  >Audit Log. In there you can see all the changes made in the system and it also tells you who did the changes and what was changed. You can filter this by selecting a date range or/and an area from the drop-down menu.

Please note the audit log will only show the last 30 days.




Alternatively, from Manage Reservations you can click on Edit RES and click on the "History" tab, this will show any changes applied to this reservation.
