If you get an error message on your till (Clover, Point One, etc.) that says "Room not configured" or "Room not available" when trying to send a charge to a guest who stays with you, please check if "Has Charge Privileges" has been ticked by going to Reservations > Manage Reservations. All you need to do is select 'Edit Item' from the Reservation Item (RESX) drop-down menu, go to the 'Charges' tab and ensure that the below checkbox has been ticked:
You can also have "charge privileges" switched on per default for all guests. This can be done by going to Administration > Property and scrolling down to 'Property Settings' until you see this checkbox:
