Sending a campaign to guests staying within a particular time period

If you are combining multiple date filters on a CRM campaign to target arrivals or departures within a particular timespan, please bear in mind that the logic employed to search for customers who meet these criteria is based on the AND principle.

 

What this means is that if you want to send a campaign to all guests arriving in the month of  July 2024, you therefore need to enter 01/07/2024  in the 'Arriving on or after' field and also enter 30/07/2024 in the 'Arriving on or before' field, as shown below:



In other words, the above search will return all guests with an arrival date that falls on or after 01/07/2024 and also that arrival date must fall on or before 30/07/2024.


At the top of the details screen, you can also choose the 'customer type' - whether it be corporate, individual, repeat etc. and define your search by filling out the following fields.
