Sending a campaign to guests staying within a particular time period

If you are combining multiple date filters on a CRM campaign to target arrivals or departures within a particular timespan, please bear in mind that the logic employed to search for customers who meet these criteria is based on the AND principle.

 

What this means is that if you want to send a campaign to all guests arriving in the month of February 2021, you therefore need to enter 01/02/2021 in the 'Arriving on or after' field and also enter 28/02/2021 in the 'Arriving on or before' field:



In other words, the above search will return all guests with an arrival date that falls on or after 01/02/2021 and also that arrival date must fall on or before 28/02/2021.
