If you have updated your rates that are fed through to your OTAs and this is not being reflected then the reason could be that when you have logged into your extranet for these sites you had an old page in your browser cache.
To flush your your browser cache just hold the CTRL and F5 buttons for a short moment, then check the rates again. You should find that they are now being reflected.
To manually trigger a "push" of your rates, availability and/or restrictions to your connected OTAs you can go to Administration > Property and scroll down to the Channel Management section where you will see these buttons:
