Our new customisable dashboard will allow each user to create their own dashboard with the widgets they require. Each dashboard can be shared between users and is especially useful for members of the same team.
You now have the ability to drag and drop each widget to the place of your choice and change the size of these widgets.
At the top left you can edit the name of your dashboard and share your dashboard with other team members.
A user will be able to use any shared dashboard that they do not own, however they will not be able to edit it. They can create their own copy if they wish to add or change any elements.
Drag and drop the widgets easily on the dashboard and once you are happy click Save.
We have included the option to add the Event Tasks widget to the main dashboard.
Occupancy percentage and Rev PAR now added to the dashboard
In connection to the above, we have added the current day’s Occupancy % and the Revenue Per Available Room.
The calculation for this is as follows
Occupancy = (Rooms Sold / (Rooms Sold + Vacant Rooms) ) * 100
The revenue figures are taken from the rate plan revenue report
RevPar = Revenue / (Total Physical Rooms - Rooms Out Of Service)
ARR = Audit Date Revenue / Rooms sold
