If tips/gratuities are not coming through as such and instead coming through as the default EPOS article then that either means whatever is set up in Hop does not match what is set up on your till or you do not have anything set up to account for tips in Hop.
For example, if you set up an article sales type in Hop as 'Gratuities' and the button on your till is 'Tips' then when it comes across to Hop it will default to whatever is set as the default article as the PMS will be expecting 'Gratuities' instead of 'Tips'.
Please check the sales type mapping in Hop for tips, then you need to make sure you have the same set up on your EPOS, please reach out to your EPOS provider about this.
To find out what article sales types you currently have set up please go to Accounting Manager > Article Sales Types in Hop. You will find everything set up here and you can add or amend your tips or gratuities article here.
