If your EPOS supports tips being recorded as a separate line item (rather than as an additional field within the transaction as a whole) then Hop will be able to show them on your reports.
To do this, you will need to ensure that you have configured a separate article for tips in Accounting Manager > Article Sales Types these will be visible on several of the Finance Reports in Hop. The two most useful of these are likely going to be the Postings report and the Till Revenues report. Both of these reports allow you to view results for a date range, and filter by Article or Article Group respectively.
