Deleting/Deactivating card details from a Reservation or House Account.

You can't delete but you can now deactivate card details from a reservation as long as a payment has been taken from the card. To do this, go to Reservations > Manage Reservations and find the reservation you would like to deactivate card details on. Click on the drop-down arrow next to the reservation number (RES) and click on view transactions. Click on the down arrow next to the card details and select deactivate credit card. See image below for reference. 


 

Please ensure you're out of split view so you can see the full options along the table and then you will be able to click the drop down arrow next to the card number. 


 

For the following payment gateways, the actual card token will be deleted with the payment gateway:


 

  • SagePay
  • Stripe


 

Please note: Any deactivated credit cards will not be available for future transactions or refunds.
