You can now remove card details from a reservation as long as a payment has been taken from the card. To do this, go to Reservations > Manage Reservations and find the reservation you would like to remove card details from. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the reservation number and click on view transactions. Click on the down arrow next to the card details and select deactivate credit card. See image below for reference.
For the following payment gateways, the actual card token will be deleted with the payment gateway:
- SagePay
- Stripe
Please note: Any deactivated credit cards will not be available for future transactions or refunds.
