This report will show you the total reservation balance, room balance and house account balance for the current date. Historic balances can be viewed by changing the date. This report can be downloaded to PDF.
Totals
- Total Reservation Balance – This is the total of all reservations that are currently checked into the hotel.
- Total Rooms Balance – This the total of all rooms that currently have guests checked into them.
- Total House Accounts – This is the total balance of all open house accounts.
Reservations
This lists the reservations that are currently checked in. The report also splits out the balance of the room and the reservation. It can also be downloaded to CSV.
House Accounts
This lists all open House Accounts within Hop and their balance. If the House Account is associated with an event it will also show the event date. It can also be downloaded to CSV.
