This report can be used to look at booking patterns. You can look at how far in advance guests made their reservations. There are many ways this report can be useful as there are a variety of search options on here. For example: If you wanted check how many bookings you receive for a particular rate plan through your direct website you could filter this report to find out.
You will need to fill in the Arrival Date, but you then have the option to filter by Rate Plan, Markets, Sources and Channels. There is even the option to search by Individual or Account.
If you hover over a day bar on the Reservations Per Booking Window graph, this will show you the average for that period against last year. Also by hovering over the Average Daily Rate graph, will give you the rate compared to last year.
Once you have filled in the relevant fields just click ‘Run Report’ and it will display the information.
This report can be downloaded as a CSV.
