Front Desk Reports - Turn Aways

This displays all the availability enquiries that have been made on a given date, or range of dates, that did not result in a reservation being made from the Sales View. 

 

This report only works if you have the ‘Disable Sales View Exit Pop Up’ unticked in Administration > Property > Property Settings.  

 

If you do have it turned on, when you exit the Sales View without making a reservation, you will be asked in a pop-up window to give a reason for not proceeding with the reservation. Whenever a reason is selected, it will appear in this report...

 

To change this list of options available here, please go to Administration > Option Sets and edit or add to the list of options in the 'Leave Form Reason' section:

 

It displays results including Arrival Date, Departure Date, Reason, Searched on Date and Username of the person searching. 

 

Click on the column headers to sort the data, whichcan be viewed by the date the search was carried out, the stay dates in question, the member of staff who performed the search and the reason why the booking was not completed.
