Front Desk Reports - Departures

The departures report is list of all reservations that are due to leave on a selected date.  

 

Clicking on the column headers will change the layout of the report from either alphabetical or lowest number to highest number. 

 

You can remove and add colums as you wis by simply clicking 'Choose Columns' this will then populate a list of columns selected, you can click the cross to remove any you don't want and add any that are not there already.  The selected details are stored so it is remembered on the same browser the next time you go into the report.

 

The report will show the booking details and if there is an outstanding balance against the room. There is also the option to export invoices for the guests, so that you have them to hand when they check out.  

 

This report can also be beneficial for Housekeeping and Reception to check daily departures, what linen is needed each day and the number of staff required.

The report can be downloaded in PDF and CSV format.
