When you are attempting to post a Room Charge from your EPOS system, the PMS may not recognise the room you are searching for. In this case, there are several things that you can check:
- Is the reservation checked in?
- Have you enabled charge privileges on the reservation?
- Do you have any issues with your Internte connection?
Please also note that some till providers only allow you to post to a room number and not a room name or one that contains letters (e.g. "Honeymoon Suite" or "30A"). If you have recently set up your tills, please ensure that they have been configured by your EPOS provider to allow this.
