This depends on the EPOS system you are using (e.g. Beyond Stock, Clover etc.) however it is possible to do this in Hop - you just need to make sure that the checkbox highlighted in the below screenshot is ticked before you attempt to post any charges to Hop (just like for room reservations you need to ensure that "Has Charge Privileges" has been ticked).
Important
Instead of inputting a room number on your till, please use the House Account number without the leading "HA0" (or, if your EPOS is set up to allow this, search using the name of the House Account instead of the guest's name).
