What are the requirements for setting up a new password?

For security reasons, passwords must be at least 10 characters long and contain at least one of each of the following:

• Lower case letter
• Upper case letter
• Number
• Special character

To encourage greater password security, we have also implemented the following:

• You cannot reuse any of your last 5 passwords when creating a new one
• Hop uses haveibeenpwned.com to check if the password you are using has been previously exposed in data breaches worldwide. If so, you will not be able to use that password and must choose another one
