How to change the information in drop-down menus in Hop?

Many of the values that appear in drop-down menus in Hop are configurable by each customer, depending on their needs. This can be managed by going to Administration > Option Sets as long as you have the correct level of access on your user profile. 

To edit the details of an existing value or option, simply use the search box or drop-down menu to narrow down the onscreen options to the section of Hop you are looking for and then click on its name to edit or press the red trash can icon to delete it if you do not need it anymore. In the screenshot below, we are looking at the "Transaction Void Reason" but the same steps apply to whatever changes you are making:

To create a new value or option, click the "+Add" button in the top right corner and the following window will appear:

The 'Option Value' is the wording you wish it to show as (e.g. "Double charge") and the 'Sort Order' will define where it appears in the drop-down menus of Hop (the lower the number, the higher the priority).

Once you have saved your changes it will appear in the list on the Option Sets page, and will also then be immediately available for use in the relevant area of HOP.
