Event from email 

If you have different SMTP email servers set up in Hop to send emails from different email addresses this is where you would choose which email you would like your event emails sending from. 

Just click on the drop down box and choose the correct email form the list. If you do not have these set up there will be no options to choose from.

Event Colours 

You can assign a specific colour to each individual event type (e.g. Green for Private Functions and Purple for Weddings.) Click on the colour to edit the colour for an event type. When you view your events in the Event Planner you will see them highlighted in the chosen colours. Remember to click the “Save” icon at the bottom of the screen once you have made any changes.
