Your Events Dashboard gives you an overview of your events, My Notes are used for self-reminders, Noticeboard is used should you want the team to be aware of something happening in the hotel. Tasks can be used for Jobs that you have set yourself or they can be used for jobs that you have been assigned by another member of staff.
Current Events
The first box in the far-left corner displays an overview of your current events that are happening today. You can click on any event in this section which will redirect yourself to the event in the >Events > Manage Events section.
Upcoming Events
The middle box displays an overview of your events which are upcoming over the next 7 days. You can click on an event in this section which will redirect yourself to the event in the Events > Manage Events section.
Notes, Notices and Tasks
You also have Notices, Notes and Tasks displayed. To add any new notices / notes, click the +Add and the display will pop up requiring you to fill in the relevant information.
When the expiry date is reached on either the Notes or Notice it will appear on the dashboard.
