Room Profiles

This section allows you to document the condition of rooms, add inventory items and photos.

This page displays a list of your Room Profiles, you can edit, add and delete rooms.

Add a Room Profile

Click the "+Add" button on the top right of the screen. Next, fill in the data fields to add a room profile. Save changes before leaving page.

To add Inventory select the quantity, inventory item and item condition the click Add Item.

Edit a Room Profile

Click on a room to edit any of its properties. Save changes before leaving this page.

Delete a Room Profile

To delete a Room Profile from the system just click the red trash can icon right next to room you want to delete. After selecting "confirm" the room will be deleted from the system.

*Adding more Inventory items or Item condition options can be done by going to Administration > Option Sets. Both Inventory Item and Item Condition can be found in the drop down. Select one and click +Add.
