Rooms - Room Setup

This page lists all of the individual rooms set up for your property. You can add, edit and delete rooms from here.

Add a new Room

Click on the +Add button in the top right corner of the screen. Fill in all relevant data fields and click Save. The fields such as Group, Building, Floor and Section are optional but if you want to make use of these fields you can go to Option Sets and add in as many as you need there for each one. Features can also be added from Option Sets. Examples you would use features for are Walk in shower, garden view, DAB Radio etc. 

The Maximum occupancy you set here prevents specific rooms being booked for the wrong amount of people so make sure the numbers are correct for the three sections.

*Please note that the amount of rooms you can add depends on your contract with HOP Software. To amend your contract, please email help@hopsoftware.com

Edit a Room

After clicking on any room number or name, you can amend the details of that room. Don’t forget to save your changes before leaving this page.

Delete a Room

Click the red trash can icon next to the room you want to delete. Once you click "Confirm", the room will be deleted permanently from the system.
