The availability report shows occupancy by day filtered down by your room types. It will show you 15 days of availability. You can choose the date to start this report from by changing the date in 'Availability From'.
You can use the following headers to sort the order differently.
Any rooms that are Out of Inventory or Out of Order are deducted from the totals but rooms that are Out of Service are not deducted from the totals. You can check the service status on any rooms by going to >Housekeeping > Service Status – from here you click on the info button at the top of the page for more information on how the service statuses work.
This report can be downloaded in PDF or CSV formats.
