CRM Reports - Preferences Report

This report can be used to gather an overview of the information entered in the preferences section of an individual profile in CRM. It can be searched by arrival date or stay date. 




Type a digit in the ‘Number of Stays’ filter to see only guests who have stayed with you that many times before. 


You can also use the ‘Preferences’ filter to choose which preference(s) you wish to appear on the report (e.g. select “Diet” here to only return results for people with dietary information stored in their CRM profile).



To sort your data, press ‘choose columns’ to decide which of the columns you need to see onscreen or click on any of the column headers to reorder the onscreen results. 


The report is available to download in PDF or CSV format.
