This report will allow you to gather information on where your business is coming from, whether that be manually created reservations, third party sites like booking.com or via your Booking Engine for a selected date range.
It shows totals for:
Number of bookings
Generated Revenue
Average Room Rate
Toggle the buttons in the top left corner on or off to decide whether you wish to include data for bookings made via one or more of the following:
PMS
Booking Engine
OTAs
You can use the ‘Source’ and ‘Rate Plan’ filters to narrow down your results.
As well there is a filter to narrow down results and choose whether to show the revenue figures with or without VAT and decide whether or not to included non-accommodation revenue, for example breakfasts.
This report can be downloaded as a PDF or CSV file.
