Why is the guest's name missing from the Housekeeping Report?

Sometimes you may notice that the "Next Guest" column is blank on the Housekeeping Report, despite the fact that the Next Arrival date is showing:



If this happens, please go to Reservations > Manage Reservations and check that there is a name is showing under both "Booker" and "Guest". If it is missing, then simply click on the drop-down menu in the "Guest" column and then add their name(s) to the reservation by selecting them from, or adding them to, your CRM Individuals database.
