Why is the guest's name missing from the Housekeeping Report?

If you ever notice that the "Next Guest" column is blank on the Housekeeping Report, despite the fact that the Next Arrival date is showing. This will be due to the next reservation having no guest name.



You will be able to see/edit this by going to Reservations > Manage Reservations and check that there is the guests name showing under both "Booker" and "Guest".

 



If it is missing, then simply click on the drop-down menu in the "Guest" column and then add their name(s) to the reservation by clicking the + sign. This will then open a pop up box where you can the guests details, once added click "Add Individual".



The Guests name will then show as shown below.
