The Combined Housekeeping Report shows you a list of arrivals, stay overs and departures. It also includes useful information such as the reservation number, room type, rate plan, number of nights the guest is staying for and the guest name.
Any notes on the booking will be shown here along with the room layout. For example: a double/twin room can be configured to 2 singles or a double.
On this report you can use the search bar in the top left corner to search a customer by their name / room number / reservation number. You can also change the date on the calendar and do a search for historic and future dates.
Clicking on the column headers will change the layout of the report from either alphabetical or lowest number to highest number. You can also click on 'Choose Columns' to decide which columns you need.
You can download this report in PDF or CSV format.
