Where can I find information for Housekeeping for future arrivals?

For an outlook on future dates, please go to Reports > Front Desk > Arrivals and use the date picker at the top of the screen to select a date or range of dates you wish to look at. The screen will display various key pieces of information on the reservations that fall on the date(s) you have selected:

You can use the 'Choose columns' filter to hide any unnecessary columns or add in those that have been previously hidden. For housekeeping, the most important columns to look at will be the Number of Guests, Notes and Layout. 

Number of Guests

This is broken down into Adults, Children and Infants

Notes

Any room reservation with notes will have an "i" icon next to it. Simply hover over this icon to view the contents of the note

Layout

If a room configuration has been selected, it will show here

Click on the 'Download' button to export the Arrivals report as a PDF document or CSV file. You can also choose to download a "notes only" PDF or to print out all of the registration cards for the period selected as well.
