CRM - Enquiry

In here you can log all Enquiries regarding Events or Group Bookings.

 

If this is the first time you have used enquiries, you will need to configure your preferred Enquiry Statuses and Enquiry Types to categorise your Enquiries. 


To do this:

  • Navigate to Administration > Option Sets in the PMS
  • Use the drop-down menu in the top right corner to look for 'Enquiry Status' or 'Enquiry Type'
  • Press the +Add button to create a new one
  • Enter the name of your choosing in the 'Option Value' field
  • Enter the order you wish it to appear in the final list in the 'Sort Order' field


To create a new enquiry, head back to CRM > Enquiries and click the +Add button located in the top right corner of the screen and enter the relevant details (name of booker, size of group, type of event etc.) and press Save once done. 



You can search enquiries using the search bar at the top of the screen or filter by status by clicking in the “Any Status” field at the top of the screen to select one or more options.



If the enquiry needs to be converted to an event you can do this by clicking into the enquiry and in the top right corner, you will see the option to Convert to Event. 

When you click on this it will take you to Manage Events page. 

To find the event you have created from the enquiry just search the event date or event type.
