Administration - Locations

If your accommodation is spread out over multiple locations, this is how you can input their details to help guests decide which one they prefer and also so that they are provided with the correct address.


Go to Administration > Locations and click the +Add button to set up a new property location and enter its name, code, description, address and contact details. If you wish to upload a photo of the building, you will need to save the basic details first and then edit the entry by clicking on its name from the list on the overview screen before scrolling down the image upload section.



Once your locations have been set up you will need to enable Location Filtering by going to Administration > Booking Engine. Scroll down to CONFIGURATION and tick the box to enable Location Filtering and click Update Settings. Now when people are directed to the booking engine to make a reservation they will be given the option to choose which location they would like to stay at.



N.B. You do not need to do this if you have different buildings on the same property (e.g. Main Building, Lake House, Hunting Lodge). Rather, this is to differentiate between multiple addresses (e.g. City Centre, Northern Quarter, The Quays).
