Administration - Locations

If your accommodation is spread out over multiple locations, this is how you can input their details to help guests decide which one they prefer and also so that they are provided with the correct address.


Go to Administration > Locations and click the “+Add” button to set up a new property location and enter its name, description, address and contact details. If you wish to upload a photo of the building, you will need to save the basic details first and then edit the entry (by clicking on its name from the list on the overview screen) before scrolling down the the image upload section.


N.B. You do not need to do this if you have different buildings on the same property (e.g. Main Building, Lake House, Hunting Lodge). Rather, this is to differentiate between multiple addresses (e.g. City Centre, Northern Quarter, The Quays).
