If you want to limit the availability of a rate plan for your guests, you can set a cut-off date via rate plan restrictions. For example, if you have a discounted advance booking rate and want to limit its availability so that it cannot be purchased less than a week prior to arrival, you can enter the cut off as "7" on the respective rate plan. This is available under the "Restrictions" tab on any rate plan:
If you cannot see the "Restrictions" tab on your rate plan, you will need to enable it. To do so, go to the "Details" tab and then scroll down towards the bottom until you see this tickbox:
Click this and the "Restrictions" tab will immediately appear in the top left for you to update and save accordingly.
