Administration - Registration Card

Option 1

HOP provides you with a default Registration Card, which you can use without any additional setup. You can print these out individually from the Manage Reservations screen by clicking on the drop-down menu next to the RES number:

Alternatively, you can print out Registration Cards in bulk from the Arrivals Report screen by going to Reports > Front Desk > Arrivals and selecting 'Download Registration Cards' from the Download menu in the top right corner.

Option 2

If you already have a paper registration card, you can configure it in the Administration > Registration Card menu.

First, click "Add" on the top right corner and then provide a name and a description. Then click "Save". Next, click on the little arrow next to the name and select "View Items" as shown here:

Click "Add Items" and select one from the drop down menu. Next, you will need to provide "X" and "Y" coordinates for where on the registration card the item should be placed (that is, how far from the left of the page you want the Item to start and how far from the top of the page you want the top of the line to begin). If you are printing on a template or letterhead, you will need to measure it and enter the coordinates in millimetres. If you are printing on a blank paper, just make sure your items are aligned as desired.

Click "Save" again to get back to the previous page, here you can open a preview of your registration card:

Finally, go to Administration > Property and scroll down to "Property Settings". In the "Registration Card" field, select the template that you just created from the drop-down menu and click "Save". You now have your custom registration card available and ready for use.
