Events - Event Rooms

This is where you create your event rooms and can add different layouts.

 

By selecting +Add on the top right of the page you can add any rooms or areas of your property to be used for Events. You will need to enter a name, a brief description and the max occupancy of the room or area.

You can then add a layout or multiple layouts, adding a description, max occupancy and if you wish you can add an image.  If you need to remove a layout at any stage, when editing a room simply select the red bin on the right-hand side to delete the layout.

You can edit a room by clicking on the name of the room and then amending the details as needed.

You can remove a room by clicking the trash can icon and clicking Confirm.
