Hop Academy - My Training

The Hop Academy is set up to guide and support new users through Hop.  There are help articles for each section of Hop and some sections have training videos.  The articles that are applicable to your role will appear in My Training to be completed.  When we run updates to the system, any articles that have been updated with new features will change back to requiring to be completed to keep you updated.

When logging onto Hop go to Academy > My Training

Here you will see a list of all training assigned to you.

The Legend button shows what the different statuses are and the bar shows your progress.  

Click on Read Article to read the article, this will open the article in a new tab. Once read, close the tab and click the Mark as Read button, this will then update the article to completed.  You can still access the article from here at any time should you wish to refresh your knowledge by clicking read article.  When articles are updated they will change from Completed to New Content, alerting you that there has been an update and need to read and mark the article as read.

Once you have completed training for a bundle you will see a Take the test button on the top right-hand side This will take you to 10 simple questions to confirm your understanding of the training. Once you answer 10/10 correctly you will be certified in that area of Hop. If you get a question wrong a notification will tell you the question number/s so you can refresh, then take the test again
