If your EPOS system provides an End of Day (EOD) service and the till is fully connected to Hop, this will create a house account every day containing all the postings from your till/tills. If you cannot find an end of day house account please check your search filters and include show historic and show closed.
If you still cannot find the house account with the search filters applied, please then contact your EPOS provider to check their side too, there may be a reason why e.g. poor connection. Some EPOS providers can resend end of days over to hop if required.
