Missing End of Day house account

If your EPOS system provides an End of Day (EOD) service and is connected to Hop, this will create a house account every day containing all of the postings from your tills. If no transactions were posted at all (because you were closed for example) the EOD service will still run and create an empty house account with a £0.00 balance. Therefore if you cannot find a house account for the day in question, please contact our Support Team who will confirm whether the source of the issue is with Hop or your EPOS system itself.

Please note that if your EPOS has the option to manually re-run the EOD from your tills, then please do so first and see if it appears in Hop.
