The Feedback section gives you the ability to log any complaints and compliments that you receive about a reservation. This can include feedback you have received from third-party review sites (e.g. Trip Advisor) or internal feedback. Reviews submitted by guests via the Hop App will also appear in here and the word App will be displayed in the Source column.


Add a Review
To add a room review, pre
ss the +Add button and select the room number, date, and leave a description. 

You also have the option to link a review a current Maintenance Issue already logged in Hop and you can also choose to link it to a specific reservation (RES number) or reservation item (RESX number).


Amend a Review

To amend the options available to you in the drop-down menus in this section, go to Administration > Option Sets and scroll down to 'Room Review Source' and 'Room Review Status'.
