Front Desk Reports - Reservations

This report displays a list of all reservations that have been added to the PMS. By default, this shows every single reservation ever created, however the date filters can be used to narrow down your results based on the date that the reservation was created and/or the arrival date. You can also use the Rate Plans drop-down to display only results for one or more rate plans. 

 

Click on any of the column headers to sort your data. Click on 'Choose Columns' to add or remove column headers from the screen, depending on whether or not you need to see them, or use the search box to look for a specific reservation number, guest name etc. 

 

 

 

This report can be downloaded to a PDF or CSV format.
