This report shows any reservations that have 0 price. This includes Complimentary rate plans and rate plans that have been overridden to a 0 price.
There is a search bar so you can search for a specific reservation and a from and to date to filter this more.
Clicking on each column will change the display to an alphabetical or numerical order.
The report currently displays:
Reference no: The RESX number of the reservation
Room No: The room number of the reservation
Status: The statuses that will be shown are Provisional, Confirmed, Checked In and Checked Out.
Guest/Booker: The Guest or booker name on the reservation.
Date of Stay: The date of arrival for the reservation.
Group: The group name if the booking is part of group.
Event: The event name if the booking is part of an event.
Room Type: The room type that has been booked with this reservation.
Rate Plan: The rate plan that was booked on the reservation.
The report can be downloaded in PDF or CSV format.
