This report will combine element of rates, occupancy and the availability report, and amalgamate this into one document which can only be downloaded in CSV due to the size and amount of data.
To run the report, select the date range then select the download CSV, this will appear in an excel document for you.
Along the top of the spreadsheet, it will display the date, so depending on the date range selected in the search box will depend on the data shown here.
Down the side it will outline the rates, these are then broken down into four sections, including rooms sold, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
These will each have a figure depending on the date range selected.
There is a section which will outline the occupancy if there has been any rooms out of order or inventory along with any complimentary etc.
It then goes into further detail to explain the RNs and ADR for each room type and rate plan.
It also does show the RNs and ADR for the market segments along with sources as well.
