Reservations - In House

This is a live list of all reservations that are currently checked in. The table displays details such as balance, price, arrival date, room number and guest name/s. You can access transactions and edit the reservations from here by selecting the drop-down arrow next to the reservation or item number and select from the drop down menu what you would like to action. 

You can click on any of the column headers to order the results. 

By clicking on the heart next to the guest name, this will show if they have any preferences or notes stored in the system. To edit or add these go to CRM > Individuals, search for the individual and click on their name to edit.

This report is useful for fire regulations to get the total number of In House guests and can be exported to a PDF.
